Eligibility
- Admission is done through written test & personal interview.
- The Applicant should have a clean academic record throughout his / her education in school / college.
- The applicant must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in each individual subject viz. Physics /Chemistry / Maths in class 12th and for B.Sc. Students (in PCM), 50% aggregate marks are required for AMAeSI.
- For Poly. Diploma holders (any stream) minimum 50% aggregate marks are required for AMAeSI.
- NO PERCENTAGE RESTRICTION in case of IGNOU VIEP PROGRAMME
- No percentage restrictions for 10th pass students in any branch.
- For Mechanical Engg. - min. 45% in PCM
- Duration mentioned is for training / contact hours only.
- Eligibility criteria & duration are subject to change based on policies of respective Society / Institute.
Admission Procedure
- Four passport size photographs, six stamp size photographs, two sets of attested Xerox copies of mark sheet should be attached with the application form along with affidavit given in the admission form duly executed
- A Demand Draft / Postal Order, as Admission Fee & 1st Installment of Rs.30,000/- favoring Institute of Information Technology & Management payable at PUNE must be submitted along with the Admission Form
- Admission confirmation notice will be sent to the selected candidate by post / by hand as feasible. In case admission is not granted, the full fee will be refunded
- Identity Card will be issued after completion of admission process
- List of commodities to be brought while joining Institute

Conduct & Discipline Rules
- All the students of the institute are expected to abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the institute.
- Any misconduct by any student/s will be reported to the Principal/Director of the institute.
- Students will be issued identity cards which they have to carry constantly and produce whenever required. Students will be issued fresh identity cards for every new academic session.
- All students are expected to wear the uniform prescribed by the institute. Students not wearing the institute’s uniform will not be allowed to enter the institute’s premises.
- The consumption of alcohol, smoking, chewing tobacco, indulging in any drug or narcotics is strictly prohibited. Students if found carrying out any of these activities will be dealt with severely as seen fit by the institute.
- Punctuality is a must for the students. We have a strict attendance requirement of 80%, especially for the scholarship students to be able to appear for their term exams. Submission of term work, projects reports and assignments should be done either before or on the required date set by the institute. Late submissions will not be entertained.
- All important announcements and dates will be on displayed on the institute’s notice board. Students are encouraged to check the notice board for conformations of deadlines to be met and institute activities. Students claming to be unaware of the institute’s announcements by not examining the notice board will not be excused for their negligence.
- Students leaving the course without completion will be required to pay his/her yearly fees in full. The hostel fees will also have to be paid in full in case of any student leaving before the completion of two semesters. The amount paid by the students will not be refunded, however the caution money will be refunded.
- Change of address must be duly informed in writing to the institute’s office.
- The students must be disciplined, organized and well-manner in their behavior in the institute’s premises and hostels.
- Students found taking part in any anti-national, anti-government, anti-social activity which is detrimental to nation’s integrity and social harmony will be expelled from the institute.
- The decision of the institute on any issues will be final and binding.
- Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in classrooms.
- The institute will not be held responsible for loss or damage of any of the students’ belongings in the college campus or hostels. Students are requested to take care of their belongings.
- Hostels rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Students are not allowed to change/exchange hostel rooms for a period of 1 year.
- Ragging is considered a legal offense and has been banned by the institute. Any students found carrying out any sort of ragging will be handed over to the concern authority.
- A fine will be imposed on any student who fails to appear for any class test, mid-term exams, and preliminary exams as seen fit by the administration.
- Students’ admission will be considered void if he/her fail to report for 6 or more without formally informing the institute. Students will be liable to make fresh payments again in full if he/she wishes to continue with the course. Incase the student wishes to discontinue with the course all the dues will have to be paid to complete his/her cancellation of his/her seat.
- All original certificate/documents of the students will be property of the institute till the completion of the course or withdrawal formalities are completed.
- The rules and regulation laid down by the institute can be amended by the institute as it sees fit.
